Corporate Profile

BDIPL is a private limited company founded by a team of telecom and software professionals with an aim to act as R & D unit for other software and telecom units in 1992 in Indore, Central India. It was funded by local manufacturing company making instrumentation transformers and electronic equipments. Nat Steel Singapore, Sony, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Electrolux are some of our customers.

It was acquired by AgeTak Inc, a USA based company in year 2002. In addition to domestic Indian market BDIPL is serving USA market through AgeTak Inc.
